Returns Details

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in the original packaging.

We offer free returns! We will cover the return postage costs and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

No restocking fees will be applied.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days after we receive and inspect your return.

If you need to initiate a return, simply email us at info@biele-svetlo.com, and we’ll provide the necessary instructions and your prepaid return label.

Returned items must be sent to the following return address:

Customers must inform our support team before sending any return. Returns sent without prior notification and authorization may not be accepted.

It is not possible to return goods after this 30-day period. Our refund policy is subject to the Terms of Service.

Damaged or Incorrect Order

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us at info@biele-svetlo.com. Provide your full name, order number, and clear photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To exchange an item:

Items sent for exchange must be new and unused.
